Aaron joined the firm in 2019 while still in law school. After graduating in 2021, he accepted a position as a trial lawyer with Bednarz & Bednarz. His practice is dedicated to helping those that have been injured by the negligence of others and focuses on automobile and trucking accidents, healthcare liability cases, and general personal injury. Aaron has been involved in multiple jury trials, and in 2025 was part of the team that obtained a $17.7 million jury verdict.
Aaron earned his law degree from Vermont Law & Graduate School, where he received honors in Civil Procedure and White-Collar Crime. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville.
Aaron is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State Trial Courts, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
